We're looking for a relationship-driven Partner Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for our sober living and community partners. The Partner Success Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and growing relationships with Achieve Whole Recovery’s sober living partners and community referral partners. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, ensuring they receive exceptional service, timely support, and the resources needed to successfully utilize AWR’s programs and services.
This role is responsible for the overall partner experience; from onboarding new houses and coaches to resolving operational issues, educating partners on available services, and driving long-term partner satisfaction and retention. The Partner Success Manager acts as the voice of the partner internally while collaborating with clinical, operations, billing, and leadership teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned partner organizations.
Lead onboarding and implementation for new sober living partners.
Coordinate partner setup, training, and operational support.
Serve as the primary contact for partner questions, concerns, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Billing, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct regular partner check-ins to improve satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities to partner engagement and utilization of AWR services.
Represent AWR with professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer success, partner account management, behavioral health, and client services.
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local travel.
Preferred
Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, sober living, or healthcare operations.
Knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and community-based recovery services.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
