Head of Operations

McBride Sport are delighted to be supporting the search for an experienced Head of Operations to lead the catering and hospitality operation within a major stadium venue in Edinburgh. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across matchdays, conferences, events and premium hospitality operations. The successful candidate will:

Lead and inspire large operational teams in a fast-paced live-event environment

Take full ownership of commercial performance and P&L delivery

Drive operational excellence, service standards and customer experience

Build strong stakeholder relationships across the venue and partner network

Champion compliance, safety and team development across all operations

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

Proven leadership experience within stadia, large-scale hospitality or contract catering

Strong commercial and financial management capability

A hands-on, people-first leadership style

Experience operating in high-volume, high-pressure environments

A passion for delivering outstanding guest and fan experiences
