What You'll Do

To further our momentum, we are hiring for our Pre Sales Internship Program to join our high performance Pre Sales team in our journey to help everyone do business faster – and better. In this role, you will work with potential clients who have expressed interest in learning more about Docusign or appear to be strong potential customers based upon our general market focus.

This is an internship role for 12 months of duration.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Solution Consultant.

Responsibility

Work in the creation of Docusign platform demos and in the creation of digital content for customer demonstrations

Support the delivery of training sessions and workshops for customers to ensure they fully understand and utilize our software solution

Help create and update customers documentation and Use Cases Guides

Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements for both processes and products

Job Designation

Hybrid:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What You Bring

Basic

Bachelor's Degree in progress - Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Available to work 30h week - hybrid model

Preferred

Knowledge of tools such as Google Slides, Microsoft Powerpoint, Canva, Figma or other design/prototyping tools such as Guideflow

Professional vocal skills: courteous, collaborative, creative, well spoken, pleasing vocal tone, and polished in asking questions and sharing information

Multi-tasking

Able to connect business needs to high impact solutions
