About the Roles

We are seeking an Account cum HR Executive in the printing industry based in Upper Thomson, working on a 5-day week schedule (Mon–Thu: 9am–6:30pm, Fri: 9am–6pm). This is a permanent position offering a competitive package of up to $3,500 basic salary with variable bonus, combining both accounting and HR responsibilities in a dynamic office environment that supports finance, payroll, and administrative operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Record and maintain daily accounting entries while supporting monthly financial closing activities with the Finance Manager.

Process payroll and manage statutory submissions including CPF contributions, IR21 tax clearance, and IR8A reporting.

Administer HR functions such as employee records management, leave tracking, attendance monitoring, and staff documentation.

Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and orientation for new hires.

Manage work pass applications, employee exits, and updates to HR policies, staff handbook, and internal SOPs.

Oversee office administration tasks including meeting coordination, company events, asset tracking, and facility upkeep.

Handle insurance matters for office and warehouse coverage, ensuring policies remain up to date.

Support government-related submissions, surveys, statistics reporting, and grant application and claims processing.

Assist with ad-hoc projects and general administrative support as required.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma in Accounting or a related qualification.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Familiarity with Navision accounting software will be an added advantage.
