Senior Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with business stakeholders, underwriters, and product owners to understand requirements.
Lead requirements elicitation workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs.
Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Work on underwriting workflows, rating, quoting, and policy lifecycle processes.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams for portal design and user experience improvements.
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams.
Ensure traceability of requirements and alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience in P&C Insurance, especially Underwriting.
Hands-on experience with digital portals, broker portals, or customer portals.
Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and articulation skills.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Figma.
