About the role
Hands‑on, ownership across an international finance landscape
We’re looking for a hands-on Management Accountant to join our growing Finance team. This is a practical, sleeves‑rolled‑up role for someone who enjoys owning the numbers end‑to‑end and working across international entities.
You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate management accounts, supporting payroll and tax compliance across EU, Australia and the US, and keeping the finance engine running smoothly as the business continues to scale.
What you’ll be doing
Owning the preparation of monthly management accounts across multiple international entities
Managing balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and journals
Supporting EU, Australian and US payroll processes (working with external providers where needed)
Ensuring compliance with local tax requirements (VAT, GST, sales tax, payroll taxes, etc.)
Assisting with statutory accounts, audits and year-end processes
Supporting cashflow management and multi-currency transactions
Continuously improving finance processes, controls and documentation
Acting as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders outside of Finance
What we’re looking for
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA preferred)
Strong experience in a hands-on management accounting role
Solid working knowledge of EU, Australia and US tax and payroll requirements
Experience working in a multi-entity, international environment
Comfortable getting into the detail – this is not a “review-only” role
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems / ERPs
Curious, proactive and happy operating in a fast-moving business
Bonus if you also have...
Experience in SaaS, tech or data-led businesses
Exposure to NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Previous experience supporting a scaling or PE-backed business
