Job Description

Responsibilities:

Under general direction, defines and implements marketing strategies for existing and new products

Collaborates with management and cross-functional teams to identify and implement marketing strategies and campaigns/tactics derived from the brand analysis

Support the development of clear brand messages to be utilised in all marketing and communication materials

Develops and implements marketing materials and tools based on market scenario, local positioning and competitive analysis to strengthen CSL Seqirus market position

Leads assessments for new products and launch campaigns and liaises with external stakeholders to identify opportunities and market trends

Lead omnichannel/digital/social campaigns and associated tactics

Collate and monitor competitor brand activities, campaigns, advertising, websites etc.

Challenge existing thinking and offer new innovative ideas

Support organisation of customer meetings, conferences and exhibitions, ad boards etc.

Liaise and coordinate with agencies and external suppliers

Budget ownership for responsible campaigns/programmes/tactics

Qualifications:

University degree or higher. Bachelors' degree Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or healthcare discipline

4+ years' marketing experience with 1-2 years' experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry

Experience with insight-led decision-making: confidence using market research, sales performance, customer feedback and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and shape recommendations

Strong understanding of UK ABPI code of practice
