Your Job
As a SAP OTC Analyst at Koch, you will play a key role in enabling and enhancing Order-to-Cash capabilities for Georgia-Pacific Building Products. You will collaborate with business partners and global IT teams to design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA solutions that drive operational excellence and business value. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives, process improvements, and technology transformation projects while supporting critical business operations.
Our Team
You will be part of the Georgia-Pacific Building Products IT organization within the Order-to-Cash team. The team partners closely with business stakeholders and technology professionals across global locations to deliver innovative SAP solutions, support business growth, and drive continuous improvement across OTC processes.
What You Will Do
Designing, developing, and configuring SAP OTC solutions in an S/4 HANA landscape
Supporting upgrades, enhancements, and future projects
Troubleshooting customer-reported issues and assisting users with day-to-day support
Analyzing complex business problems to provide solution alternatives and recommendations
Partnering closely with business SMEs to deliver and support required solutions; developing systems to parallel overall business strategies
Gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating requirements into functional and technical solutions
Driving enhancements and contributing to projects across all phases including requirements, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support
Creating and maintaining functional specifications, configuration documents, and other documentation
Developing and executing test plans including unit and integration testing and coordination of user testing.
Working collaboratively with an extended team of SAP functional and technical resources
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Minimum of 8 years' experience working with SAP Order to Cash (OTC)
Functional / technical proficiency in designing, configuring and implementing SAP OTC (Minimum one End to End implementation experience)
Strong understanding of order to cash business processes
Strong hands-on configuration experience in areas such as order management, pricing, billing, aATP, EDI and master data
Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, solve problems relating to SAP OTC
Strong verbal and written communication; Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking and innovation

SAP ABAP troubleshooting knowledge
SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience
Consumer Products industry experience or process manufacturing industries
