People Business Partner (Corporate)

Job Summary:
As the People Business Partner for Titan's Corporate Functions, you will act as a talent advisor and partner with business units to drive the People Strategy agenda and projects. In this role, you will be responsible for capability manpower planning, development of managers and employees, performance management, employee engagement, inclusion, talent acquisition and core people processes, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Strategic Partnerships:
Collaborate with leaders to introduce and embed People strategy initiatives.
Measure success through leader feedback on strategic partnership effectiveness.
II. Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition:
Develop workforce plans aligning with business strategy and priorities.
Drive engagement, resourcing, and inclusion agendas.
Ensure effective implementation of critical roles within SLA timelines.
III. Organizational Capability & Improvement:
Lead performance and culture initiatives.
Coach managers on performance management.
Drive talent review processes and support succession planning.
Drive key talent conversations and action planning.
Support employee development plans.
Measure success through leader feedback and completion of talent reviews/succession plans.
IV. Employee Engagement:
Drive the employee engagement action planning basis GPTW feedback in partnership with leaders.
Develop initiatives that promote a positive work environment
Conduct regular employee listening sessions (surveys, focus groups) and collaborate with leadership to act on insights to improve team morale and retention.
Measure success through completion of engagement action plans and leader feedback.
V. Employee Relations & Compliance:
Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, grievances, and challenges in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct enquiries on employee grievances as required and report with follow up actions.
Advise and guide managers and employees on HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal regulations.
Agency employee data management & compliance in Betterplace system.
Work Experience
Work Experience
Education: MBA-HR from Premier Institute
Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a people business partnering or PBP role.
