HR Specialist (DECCO WW)

Position Title: HR Specialist (DECCO WW)

Location: DECCO Global Headquarters – Paterna (Valencia), Spain

Department: Human Resources

Reporting Line: Global HR Head (DECCO WW)

Scope: HR Support

Position Summary

The HR Specialist will provide operational and administrative support to the Global HR Function across DECCO Worldwide. The role is focused on the execution, coordination, follow-up, and administration of HR processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, compliance, and efficient delivery of HR services across all countries.

The position supports the implementation of HR policies, recruitment activities, training coordination, organizational data management, reporting, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

Provide day-to-day operational support for global HR activities.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Ensure data accuracy within HR systems and databases.

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.

Support HR process execution across all countries.

HR Policies & Compliance

Assist in the implementation and communication of global HR policies and procedures.

Support the maintenance and periodic update of HR guidelines, templates, and documentation.

Coordinate compliance-related documentation and record keeping.

Follow up on local HR requirements together with internal stakeholders and external advisors when requested.

International Recruitment Support

Coordinate international recruitment processes.

Publish job vacancies and monitor applications.

Screen CVs against predefined requirements.

Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.

Prepare recruitment reports and recruitment process documentation.

Support hiring managers and HR leadership throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Training & Development Coordination

Coordinate training programs and learning initiatives.

Manage training calendars, invitations, attendance tracking, and logistics.

Monitor training completion rates.

Prepare periodic training reports and dashboards.

Maintain training records and learning documentation.

Reporting & HR Analytics

Prepare recurring HR reports and presentations.

Consolidate workforce data from multiple countries.

Support reporting related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, training, organizational structures, and other HR metrics.

Ensure consistency and quality of HR data used for decision-making.

Organizational Charts & Structures

Maintain and update organizational charts globally.

Reflect approved changes in reporting lines and structures.

Prepare organizational presentations and workforce summaries.

Support documentation of approved organizational changes.

Global HR Project Support

Coordinate administrative and operational activities related to HR projects.

Track deadlines, actions, and deliverables.

Support implementation activities led by the Global HR Head.

Prepare materials, presentations, and status updates.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or related field.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.

Experience in multinational environments is desirable.

Experience supporting recruitment, training, reporting, and HR administration.

Languages

Fluent Spanish and English.

Additional languages are a plus.

Technical Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel.

PowerPoint.

HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors desirable).

Strong reporting and data management skills.
