Position
The Mediterranean Retail Learning Manager is entrusted with championing and endorsing the learning strategy within the regional scope, spearheading efforts to elevate the competencies and capabilities of Retail teams across the Mediterranean. They craft content strategies in alignment with regional objectives , orchestrate training schedules, and execute deployment strategies, all while establishing performance metrics to gauge training impact. This role involves working with Regional stakeholders and animate local teams.
Job responsibilities
Training Program Development:
Develop and implement training initiatives focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and client care tailored to Mediterranean regional requirements.
Define content strategies aligned with regional objectives, ensuring training materials are pertinent, engaging, and effective.
Training Planning and Coordination:
Strategize and coordinate regional training sessions, establishing calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Execute deployment strategies, considering Mediterranean nuances and cultural sensitivities to optimize training effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:
Analyze data to evaluate employee development and overall business success, making adjustments as necessary.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Collaborate with regional Retail leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to align training initiatives with business goals.
Solicit feedback from key stakeholders to refine training methodologies and approaches continuously.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Innovate training methodologies to meet evolving regional needs and drive business success effectively.
