The Opportunity

This position works out of our Wiesbaden site - Abbott Diagnostics GmbH. In this role you are responsible for the calculation of the commercial incentive plans in EMEA, supporting the tracking of key business performance metrics, liaising with countries/ regions and Global headquarters.

Your Tasks:

Coordinating the commercial incentive calculation process for the annual as well as any quarterly ad-hoc incentives

Designing the templates required to calculate the incentives, communicate them to the commercial teams, gathering required information and calculating the incentives

Elevating to the Commercial Excellence Director any case that requires further alignment for final approval

Supporting the Commercial Excellence director in tracking key performance indicators such as, but not limited to, contract compliance

Supporting global Commercial Excellence team with preparation and upload of plan values into KPI tracking tool Domo

Supporting the Strategic pricing manager with the analysis of business opportunities, ensuring they meet pricing targets and profitability thresholds, as well as other pricing related activities

Coordinating performance tracking aimed to mobilize margin improvement initiatives, reporting initiative status to leadership

Ad-hoc activities to support key business initiatives

Your Qualification:

Masters degree in economics or similar qualification

At least 3 years of business experience in similar role

Able to process significant amount of data from various sources, draw appropriate' conclusions and make suitable recommendations to management

Autonomously, with little supervision, effective at planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling projects and activity. Ensures efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve objectives

Able to read and calculate a profit and loss account

Understanding how and to what extent different product mix, pricing and distribution channels will impact the profitability of a business opportunity

Able to communicate fluently and effectively in English. Other languages preferred
