Zu Ihren Aufgaben als Implementation Engineer Staging gehören die Installation und Konfiguration von Netzwerkkomponenten unserer Technologypartner. (Cisco und andere).

Sie agieren als technischer Ansprechpartner und sind in unserer Zentrale in Bad Homburg für unsere Kunden im Einsatz.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Koordination der kompletten Abwicklung des Stagingprozesses

Grundkonfiguration von Netzwerk- und Firewall Komponenten unserer Technologypartner (Cisco und andere)

Bindeglied zwischen technischer Fachabteilung und Logistik zur Optimierung des Staging Workflow

Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von weiteren Dienstleistungsangeboten im Bereich Staging Deployment

Technische Unterstützung im Rahmen von Rollout Projekten

Qualitätskontrolle der eingehenden Ware und Rücksprache mit verantwortlichen Abteilungen

What would make you a good fit for this role?

Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration)

Technische Grundkenntnisse (TCP/IP/TFTP/FTP) mit dem Wunsch zur Weiterentwicklung Richtung Technik

Hands-On Mentalität und kontinuierliches Interesse an Weiterbildung

Erste Erfahrungen in der Konfiguration von Netzwerkkomponenten und den dazu gehörigen Werkzeugen und Tools

Selbstbewusstes Auftreten und die Fähigkeit, Ideen zu vermitteln sowie eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit Problemlösungskompetenzen

Eigenmotivation und Bereitschaft zur ständigen Qualitätsoptimierung

Sehr gute Deutsch – und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
