Assistant Project Manager (Interiors)

Position: Project Manager (Residential Interior) Experience: 2 – 4 Years (Interior Industry) Industry: Interior / Modular Interior Industry Location: Navi Mumbai, Pune Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Civil / B.Sc Interior Design

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing interior fit-out and turnkey projects.

Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and site teams.

Monitor project progress, timelines, and execution quality.

Handle site supervision and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.

Prepare project schedules and daily/weekly progress reports.

Manage material planning, site requirements, and vendor follow-ups.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Resolve on-site execution issues and support project completion within deadlines.

Conduct site inspections and coordinate final handover.

Required Skills

Knowledge of interior fit-out execution and project coordination.

Strong understanding of civil and interior drawings.

Good communication and team management skills.

Ability to handle multiple sites/projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of project planning and site execution.

Vendor and contractor management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.

Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.

Note: Candidates with only Interior Residential experience will be considered.
