Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to optimize project workflows and enhance delivery efficiency.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed File Transfer.

Strong knowledge of file transfer protocols and secure data exchange methods.

Experience in configuring and managing managed file transfer solutions in complex environments.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file transfer processes and infrastructure.

Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline file transfer operations.

Understanding of compliance and security standards relevant to data transfer and management.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Managed File Transfer.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
