Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated DevOps Lead to drive DevOps strategy, platform engineering, CI/CD architecture, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation for enterprise-scale cloud-native applications. The role involves defining engineering standards, mentoring teams, and enabling secure, scalable, and automated software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the DevOps practice by defining engineering standards, deployment strategies, and CI/CD best practices.

Design, implement, and manage enterprise CI/CD platforms and YAML-based CI/CD pipelines.

Design cloud-native deployment platforms for Kubernetes-based applications.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

Develop reusable Helm charts, deployment frameworks, and automation libraries.

Manage Kubernetes clusters, containers, and cloud-native infrastructure.

Drive GitOps, release automation, and zero-downtime deployment strategies.

Integrate third-party platform components and deployment tooling.

Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams.

Implement DevSecOps, release governance, monitoring, and observability.

Mentor DevOps engineers and drive engineering excellence.

Engage with customers and stakeholders.
