We are currently seeking a Software Developer to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).

Job Title: Software Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in C#, T-SQL, NUnit, and Reqnroll, with the ability to build high-quality, reliable, and testable software solutions. This role requires solid backend development experience, strong database knowledge, and a quality-first mindset with a focus on automation and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C#

Write, optimize, and support complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database scripts

Create and execute unit tests using NUnit

Develop and maintain automated test scenarios using Reqnroll

Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions

Participate in full software development lifecycle activities including design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment

Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability

Troubleshoot application and database-related issues and provide timely resolutions

Contribute to test automation strategy and ensure adequate test coverage

Perform code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices

Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments

Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in software development

Strong hands-on experience in C#

Strong experience in T-SQL

Proven experience with NUnit for unit testing

Hands-on experience with Reqnroll for test automation / BDD

Good understanding of software design principles and coding best practices

Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Familiarity with relational databases and database design concepts

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with .NET-based enterprise application development

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows

Knowledge of behavior-driven development and test-driven development practices

Experience with source control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps

Exposure to API testing and integration testing practices
