As a Project Manager, you will serve as a key leader and right hand to the General Manager playing a vital role in shaping the future of our organization, fueling our growth, and solidifying our position as industry leaders.

Project Planning & Development:

Collaborate with clients and design teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Conduct on-site evaluations to determine if the projects are feasible and assess their potential scale.

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, incorporating materials, labor, and equipment requirements.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to minimize project disruptions and delays.

Construction and Landscaping Execution:

Oversee on-site construction and landscaping activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

Manage workflow and resource allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Monitor progress and resolve issues or conflicts to keep projects on track and within budget.

Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.

Manage Submittals, Change Orders and Pay Applications.

Workforce Management:

Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling for multiple crews and projects.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, empowering team members to excel in their roles.

Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations to support professional growth and development.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

Safety:

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries on-site.

Identify and address potential hazards and unsafe conditions, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.

Investigate incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Promote a culture of safety awareness and responsibility among all project stakeholders.

Client Communication & Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and architects throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide regular updates and progress reports to keep clients informed and engaged.

Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

Manage expectations and resolve conflicts diplomatically to ensure successful project outcomes.

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry.

At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale commercial projects.

Experience with Landscape, Hardscape, and Irrigation installation.

Proven track record of leading and training multiple crews on a wide range of industry machinery.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment used in landscaping and construction projects.

Familiarity with project management software and tools, knowledge in Bid2Win, Bluebeam, ProjectSite and Planswift is a plus.
