Location Requirement: Applicants must reside in North Carolina or within 40 miles of the NC border, and hold a valid North Carolina BCBA license. All clients are located in North Carolina.

What You'll Do
Conduct FBAs and assessments to build individualized treatment plans
Develop, oversee, and update ABA treatment programs
Supervise and mentor RBTs in home and community settings
Deliver parent training and caregiver support
Analyze data, adjust programming, and keep documentation compliant with NC Medicaid and insurance requirements
What You'll Need
Current BCBA certification in good standing
ABA therapy experience (home, clinic, or community)
Strong assessment, data analysis, and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication with families and team members
