We're looking for a People Development Coordinator to join our Group People Development team.
Location: Flexible on location - Hybrid working available with travel to sites and offices as required
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
As a key member of the Group People Development team, this role will support the function to operate effectively, providing coordination, administration and system support across Learn and Perform platforms. You'll be working closely with the Group People Development Manager to produce data and insight for group programmes, ensuring the team can deliver its objectives efficiently. This role is fundamental in enabling colleagues across Kier to maximise their development and performance.
What will you be responsible for?
As a People Development Coordinator, you'll be working within the Group People Development team, supporting them in enabling colleagues across Kier to maximise their development and performance. Your day to day will include:
Coordinating data capture, tracking and reporting for group programmes, supporting evaluation of outputs and return on investment
Supporting Learn and Perform project activity, including action tracking, testing, stakeholder updates and post-launch support
Acting as a first point of contact for Learning and Development teams, responding to queries on system functionality
Managing routine system administration activities, including change requests, course set-up checks and process documentation
Creating clear user guidance, FAQs, training materials and presentation content to support system use and digital confidence
What are we looking for?
This role of People Development Coordinator is great for you if:
You're a clear and confident communicator, with the ability to present ideas and create engaging guidance
You have strong data and reporting skills, including Excel and Power BI, with the ability to use insight to support decision-making
You have experience supporting digital tools or systems in a business environment, ideally including Microsoft 365 tools
You're highly organised with strong attention to detail around data quality, governance and process documentation
You're a proactive self-starter who's keen to initiate ideas and suggest improvements to processes and user experience
