Your missions :
Context
As part of the global Poultry Franchise strategy, we are looking for a Corporate Smart Solutions Range Manager to drive and develop innovative product lines (Egginject, Laser Life, Ovosense).
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Corporate Smart Solutions Director, you will operate at a global level and be responsible for:
Defining, managing and implementing the Smart Solutions product range strategy
Developing and updating technical and marketing tools
Designing and delivering training programs for regional and local teams
Ensuring proper implementation of product and training plans worldwide
Providing internal and external technical support (troubleshooting, bioprocesses)
Identifying market needs and proposing innovations
Key Interfaces
You will collaborate with:
Regional and local teams (BUMs, Vaccination Services and Equipment Managers)
Ecat-iD project teams, technical support and after-sales services
IT, Finance and Legal departments
Your profile :
Technical skills
Knowledge of hatchery environment
Expertise in biosecurity and bioprocesses
Scientific mindset (trial design, data analysis)
Market and product knowledge, including competitive benchmarking
Strong communication and presentation skills

Requirements
Fluent English required; Spanish or French is a plus
Travel: approximately one week per month
Location: France, Spain or Western/Central Europe
