Analyst, Property Management
Roles and Responsibilities:
Works closely with Asset Management, Lease Administration, Development, Legal, Finance and Accounting
Review and approve CAM reconciliations and budgets
Setup vendors for payment, and modify contact/banking information for existing vendors (Landlords, contractors, professional services)
Review and draft estoppel certificates
Reconcile and work on collections of bad debt
Draft and create lease abstracts for new agreements
Facilitate any concerns which arise related to property taxes, insurance, and utilities alongside Lease Administration and Insurance department.
Work with Legal department on any escalated property operational or financial disputes
Communicate and creatively problem solve with Landlords, Franchisees, external vendors, and Municipalities on any other real estate matters which arise in day-to-day operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
1 - 3 years experience in Property Management or Lease Administration related roles.
Degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate.
Interpersonal and communication skills both internally and externally that show a capability of influencing a wide range of audiences.
Ability to work in teams, particularly cross-functional ones.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and dealing with uncertainty.
Ability to work with a ticketing system to organize work, manage timeliness and quality of service.
Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Past experience with SAP or lease management software (Tango, Yardi, Lucernex, Costar) a plus.
CPM or RPM designation a plus
