Position Description

As HR Business Partner, you will support Qcells’ Technology Group by partnering with business leaders and delivering high-quality HR support across the Thalheim R&D Center. You will combine advisory responsibilities with hands-on execution, ensuring effective HR processes, strong employee experience, and compliance with German regulations in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned client groups, advising leaders on day-to-day people topics

Deliver hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, global mobility, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation processes

Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent and efficient HR service delivery, driving continuous improvement through best practices and digital solutions

Support and implement global Technology HR initiatives locally

Monitor employee sentiment and organizational trends, providing insights and escalating key topics to HR leadership

Ensure compliance with German labor law and maintain high standards of HR operations

Required Qualifications

3+ years of progressive HR experience

Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR practices

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Fluent German and English
