About the role
Overview
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will qualify and sell healthcare providers and assist patients in their journey within Inside Sales territory. ISR will proactively target HCPs to educate, address questions, and maintain Myriad presence.
Responsibility
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Maintain and your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
Perform effective online demos or educate new prospects.
Qualifications
BS/BA degree or equivalent required.
Inside sales experience preferred.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Excellent phone skills and ability to quickly develop and manage relationships over the phone.
Agile and able to adapt to rapidly changing external circumstances or internal needs.
The ability to utilize systems, tools, and data to prioritize tasks and achieve results, including:
Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
Corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
The ability to understand sales cycles and track related data.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Physical Requirements
Lifting Requirements – sedentary to light work or exerting 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently. Physical Requirements – stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending/descending, communicating, and observing. Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions.
