Team Overview
The Markets FX Sales teams deliver exceptional service to clients globally, with a presence in 12 countries and support for FX trading clients across 45. Where we lack local coverage, we partner closely with the D&A Sales and Account Management teams to ensure seamless, high-quality support worldwide.
Our teams manage relationships in both the Buy-Side and Sell-Side communities, across our flagship trading products:
FXall is the world’s leading FX Multi Dealer Platform, supporting over 8,000 clients, from Corporates, Regional Banks, Asset Managers and Hedge Funds
Matching is a Primary Market, Central Limit Book for FX Spot, FX Swaps and NDF trading for the dealer-to-dealer community
Other critical products include PriceStream and Settlement Centre which support the trading needs of over 400 Market Making desks in over 110 countries, contributing to activity of over $500bio/day executed through our FX venues

Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Account Manager with a foundational understanding of FX and electronic trading. The role is responsible for managing and growing relationships across our Buy-Side client base, encompassing both existing accounts and newly onboarded clients.
You will play a key role in driving client engagement, adoption, and revenue growth across LSEG’s FX trading ecosystem, while acting as a trusted partner to clients’ trading, operational, and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a defined portfolio of existing clients across EMEA, ensuring high levels of engagement, retention, and satisfaction
Develop and complete account plans to drive long-term growth and retention
Build deep relationships across trading, operations, compliance, and technology teams
Act as a trusted advisor, aligning LSEG solutions to client workflows and objectives
Drive revenue growth through increased trading volumes, wallet share, and product adoption - new functionality and existing platform capabilities
Identify and implement opportunities to platform usage and client engagement
Deliver against defined revenue targets and KPIs
Proactively source new business opportunities within existing and prospective client bases
Partner with clients to optimise trading workflows, including automation and STP improvements
Provide structured client feedback to influence product development and enhancements
Support onboarding and implementation of new clients and features
Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations and D&A teams to deliver integrated solutions
Navigate complex client requirements and coordinate internal partners to deliver outcomes
Experience & Skills
Experience in FX, electronic trading, or financial technology (vendor or sell-side)
Proven track record in account management, client coverage or sales
Strong understanding of trading workflows and buy-side client needs
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and complete account strategies
Ability to influence collaborators using a value-led, fact-based approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills (internal and client-facing)
Ability to position solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience managing implementations, onboarding, or product rollouts
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Self-starter with drive, curiosity, and resilience
Collaborative, team-oriented approach
Solution-focused attitude with commitment to client outcomes
Additional Information
Willingness to travel to client locations, including internationally
Additional language skills advantageous but not essential
Relevant industry qualifications beneficial
