Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.

Spares planning for Dealers & Audit on Regular basis

Meeting with Distributors & Sub dealers on Monthly basis

Reconciliation of Dealer account at service end.

Maintaining service Call and evaluating TAT for all Dealers daily basis & improvement plan.

Resolving Customers problems and improve customer service.

Should have technical Knowledge on RAC & VRF , Technical site visits for support.

Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.

Maintaining strong relationships with dealers, and sales representatives.

Training to new Technicians on Carrier Product & EH&S.

Traveling to Upcountry location on basis of requirements.
