Location: Bangalore, India

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on business function hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting business functions. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growth in these complex and fast-evolving markets.

Key Responsibilities Include:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates for various roles & Business Functions.

Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels to proactively build a talent pipeline for sales, marketing, IT and other roles.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies, ensuring timely and efficient hiring decisions.

Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate’s experience by providing clear communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Employer Branding: Support initiatives that strengthen Millerknoll’s employer brand.

Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure that recruitment practices align with diversity and inclusion goals, creating a diverse candidate pool for all roles.

Essential Experience:

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree in any field

3–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with focus on sales, marketing and IT roles.

Excellent in sourcing through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, cold calling and innovative methods.

Good in advance excel and reports.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple requisitions.

Ability to follow processes and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
