Good English-Speaking Skills

Should be able to speak and understand English clearly and confidently.

Good Computer Knowledge

Basic usage of computers.

Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.

Work from Office – Bommasandra

Mandatory to work from the Bommasandra office 5days a week.

Comfortable with a regular day shift.

General Attributes

Willingness to learn and adapt.

Good attitude, discipline, and punctuality.

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

Additionally, Fluent in Hindi Language and knowledge of CRM is added advantage.

Indicative Roles & Responsibilities

Follow up calls / Emails to customers

Cold calling

Basic data and documentation work.

Support daily operational and administrative tasks.

Coordinating with internal team members as required.

Any additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager relevant to the trainee role.
