As we continue to, we are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to strengthen our talent acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and operational positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Prepare and release job advertisements on various hiring platforms.

Coordinate offer roll-out, documentation, and joining formalities.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.

Coordinate with hotel management institutes and placement agencies for campus hiring.

Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.

Good knowledge of recruitment portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.

Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of recruitment experience (Hospitality recruitment experience will be an added advantage).
