Job Title: IT Executive

Location: Bangalore (SKIDATA Site)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide end-user support, and ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Support Windows 11 and Linux (Ubuntu)

Manage Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD)

User account management and access control

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

Ensure LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity

Manage IT asset lifecycle

Install and configure systems and applications

Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)

Maintain documentation and vendor coordination

Required Skills

Windows 11 Administration

Linux (Ubuntu)

Intune & Entra ID

Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, Router, Switch, Firewall)

IT Asset Management

Troubleshooting Preferred Skills

Firewalls, switches,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, B.Sc (IT), BCA, or related field
