Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in apparel or fashion retail, with proven expertise in team leadership, operational excellence, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive overall store performance to achieve sales targets and profitability goals

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

Deliver a superior customer experience aligned with brand standards

Lead, coach, and develop store staff to enhance productivity and engagement

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, ATV, UPT, and footfall

Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store aesthetics

Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control effectively

Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution

Prepare and review sales reports, and coordinate with internal stakeholders

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements

Key Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of experience in store management within apparel/fashion retail

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance

Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of retail operations, KPIs, and customer service standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

Experience in fashion or kidswear brands

Knowledge of POS systems and retail software

Strong visual merchandising and inventory management skills
