Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule daily service orders for dog training, boarding, sitting, host/sitter onboarding and pet taxi.

Ensure assigned orders are completed or rescheduled as per customer preference with minimum delay.

Coordinate with trainers, hosts, sitters, groomers, drivers and other service providers for daily execution.

Onboard, verify and activate new service providers on the PawSpace platform as per internal process.

Handle customer updates, feedback collection, follow-ups, reschedules and basic issue resolution.

Escalate urgent service issues to the manager and support closure within expected timelines.

Identify upsell opportunities across relevant services and coordinate with sales/operations for conversion.

Maintain daily reports on order status, cancellations, pending tasks, provider updates and customer

feedback.

Metric Details

Upsell incentive Potential incentive up to ₹15,000 per month based on upsell performance and

achievement.

Working days 6 days working.

Work mode Work from office - HSR HustleHub, Bengaluru.

Laptop policy Own laptop preferred. Otherwise, candidates can rent from our vendor; after 3

months, PawSpace will provide a company laptop based on confirmation and

performance.

We believe in performance-based hikes and promotions. Hike eligibility starts

after 6 months of joining, based on performance, ownership, consistency and

ability to achieve targets.

What We Are Looking For

2+ years of experience in operations, field onboarding, service delivery, vendor/provider coordination,

customer operations or similar roles.

Strong follow-up discipline and ability to close daily tasks without repeated reminders.

Comfortable coordinating with field/service providers over calls, WhatsApp and dashboards.

Good communication skills in English; Kannada and Hindi will be an added advantage.

Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, calling tools, CRM/order dashboards and daily reporting

formats.

Ability to handle last-minute schedule changes, customer preferences and service-provider coordination

challenges.

Pet experience is optional. Love for pets and willingness to understand pet care services is important.

Role Fit

This role is best for candidates who are strong in execution, coordination, calling, follow-ups, provider

onboarding and daily operational discipline. The Operations Executive will not manage a team directly, but

will work closely with service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth daily fulfilment.
