We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience to collect, process, and analyze data to help drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with data tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business decisions.

Collect, clean, and validate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability

Write complex SQL queries (joins, subqueries, window functions) to extract and manipulate large datasets.

Automate recurring reports and optimize data processes to improve efficiency.

Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to support data-driven strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations) and present insights to stakeholders.

Possess 2+ years of experience, strong SQL & Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of Python/R, and a solid foundation in statistics and data modeling.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
