About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce application testing and AccelQ automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations by executing comprehensive testing strategies across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrated enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications.
Build and maintain reusable automation frameworks and regression suites using AccelQ.
Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, Lightning components, Flows, Apex functionality, and integrations.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing to ensure application quality.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users during release cycles.
Review business requirements and convert them into comprehensive test scenarios with complete coverage.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through closure using defect management tools.
Validate data integrity during migrations and integration testing.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and QA estimation activities.
Mentor junior QA engineers and encourage automation best practices across the QA team.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, automation strategies, and overall software quality.
Required Experience
6–8 years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce testing experience.
Strong experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
Experience working with Salesforce CPQ implementations.
Hands-on expertise in AccelQ automation.
Strong knowledge of manual testing, automation testing, regression testing, and integration testing.
Experience validating Salesforce Lightning Experience, Apex, Flows, customizations, and integrations.
Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management tools.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Immediate or early joiners are preferred.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
