To promote usage and sales of Prescription drugs and Dermatological skincare range to designated customers (clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, dermatologists, pediatricians and pharmacists) in order to achieve territory planned objectives for Therapeutic Dermatology business, including supporting the Nemluvio specialty biologic launch, in accordance with company and procedures and under supervision of the Business Unit Lead – Therapeutic Dermatology.

§ Account Management:

o Responsible for the sales target in assigned territory to achieve or exceed territory targets.

o Plan, schedule, and conduct sales calls to healthcare professionals (HCPs), including dermatologists, pediatricians, and pharmacists across clinics, hospitals, and retail pharmacy channels, ensuring the right frequency.

o Implementing and executing marketing action plans to achieve territory sales objectives and targets, while consistently identifying and exploring new growth opportunities.

o Ensure effective use of marketing materials to HCPs and their patients to drive awareness and adoption.

o Manage end-to-end account servicing, including order placement, product listings in hospitals, and goods exchange.

o Provide patient hypercare and support across the specialty treatment journey (onboarding, adherence, follow-up).

o Manage restructured hospital listing/formulary submissions and tender/procurement logistics.

o Collect and report feedback from HCPs regarding products and competitors, providing timely updates via weekly reports.

o Ensure timely reporting of:

§ Local adverse events or pharmacovigilance cases related to Galderma products (medicine, cosmetic, medical devices) to the Local Safety Officer, supporting follow-up where needed.

Medical inquiries regarding Galderma products to medical and regulatory affairs teams, ensuring proper communication.

Quality complaints to the Local Safety Officer or quality contact, supporting follow-up processes where required.

o Assist in product recall or field safety corrective action (FSCA) operations, if required

Conduct business analysis and present Territory business plan (TBP) quarterly, with a strong understanding of gaining field

o insights and efficiently translating ground insights into marketing input.

§ Sales and Business Development:

o Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and the customer base beyond dermatologists and pediatricians.

o Conduct bi-annual or annual business reviews with key accounts and hospitals to ensure business sustainability and drive growth.

o Evaluate new product opportunities through surveys with HCPs, gathering insights into potential demand and customer needs.

o Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in hospitals to facilitate product evaluations and listings into formularies.

o Proven experience collaborating with MSLs and KOLs to drive successful product launches, ensuring medical and scientific alignment to support strategic objectives.

o Experienced in managing third-party agencies to drive growth and maximize performance.

§ Product Promotion and Education:

o Effectively communicate the benefits, features, and value propositions of Therapeutic Dermatological (Prescription) and Dermatological Skincare range to healthcare professionals.

o Conduct presentations, training sessions, and product demonstrations to ensure comprehensive product understanding.

o Attend medical congress, symposia and meetings.

o Support other activities and projects as required.

§ Strategic Planning:

o Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to proactively adjust strategies.

§ Cross-functional Collaboration:

o Work closely with marketing, medical, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives, with demonstrated success in leading small projects through close cross-team collaboration (e.g. Medical, Marketing).

§ Data Management and Reporting:

o Maintain accurate records of sales planning calls, pre-call reports, and market intelligence on Veeva.

o Provide regular reports to management on progress and challenges.

o Submit accurate reports and expenses claim on time.

§ Compliance:

Adherence to Galderma Code of ethics and HCP compliance standards and ensure all activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulatory requirements.

Education/Training :

Minimum Degree holder in any major, preferably pharmacy, science or biomedical.

Work Experience :

At least 5-8 years of work experience in Pharma industry.

Experience with biologics / oncology / vaccines / immunology with good track record in driving growth is preferred/required, given the immunology focus of Nemluvio.

At least 1–2 years’ direct experience in Dermatology is preferred

Have good track record in high sales achiever and KOL management.

Experience in OTC products in modern trade is preferred
