CHANEL is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity! We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Beauty Confidant Leader to support, motivate, and inspire a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences every day.

The Beauty Confidant Leader will join a fast-paced and dynamic environment where teamwork, continuous learning, and operational excellence are key to success. Based in ECI Castellana, you will coordinate and support a team of five Beauty Confidants, acting as their day-to-day leader while working closely with the Retail Manager to ensure the successful execution of CHANEL's retail strategy.

Your role @CHANEL:

Your role as Beauty Confidant Leader is to contribute to the overall performance of the CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty Division by supporting the daily operations of our flagship at ECI Castellana and ensuring an exceptional client experience through strong team coordination and operational excellence.

Working closely with the Retail Manager, you will guide and coach the Beauty Confidants team, ensuring the consistent execution of CHANEL's retail standards, client experience, and commercial priorities. You will play an active role on the sales floor, leading by example, monitoring performance, and supporting the team in achieving shared objectives.

You will contribute to developing product knowledge in partnership with the Learning and Sales teams, while coordinating and actively participating in in-store animations, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and client events. In addition, you will support the day-to-day operational management of the boutique by ensuring merchandising standards, stock organization, inventory accuracy, and operational procedures are consistently maintained.

Beauty market by acting as an ambassador.

Contribute to the achievement of the boutique's sales objectives...

Stay updated on CHANEL products, trends, and techniques to provide the highest level of service.

Improve brand image at the point of sale and elevate client experience.

Lead by example... coach and support the Beauty Confidants.

Monitor the team's daily performance... in collaboration with the Retail Manager and Learning team

Organize and coordinate events in the Stand to increase traffic and maximize sales.

Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and luxury clientele

Strong commitment to ethics, customer service, and satisfaction.

Fluent in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
