Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Kingwood or Conroe, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to work in a structured inpatient setting with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Compensation:
$120,000k-$145,000 annually, based on your experience
Key Responsibilities:
You will only be responsible for the Health & Physicals (H+P) of the patients. Psych evaluations will be done by the psych providers.
Manage medications and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of PMHNP or Psych PA experience in inpatient behavioral health, or acute mental health settings (preferred)
New grads can apply but must have active TX license and DEA
Must have active TX PMHNP/PA license and Active DEA.
Able to start as soon as credentialed & able to start within a reasonable timeframe.
Schedule:
7on/7off (182 days off annually)
On-site position (non-remote)
