Contract Java/Angular Developer

The role: Contract Angular Developer (with Java experience)

We are recruiting for a Contract Software Developer for a duration of initially 6 months. This role is an immediate start and it is twice per week onsite in Stratford, London.

We are looking for a Mid to Senior Engineer with skills in Angular to join us on a 6 month contract.

Key Skills:

A strong understanding of TypeScript and experience with Angular or similar front-end technologies. In addition, experience of Java is advantageous.

Experience with or openness to using AI tooling to increase productivity and accelerate delivery such as AmazonQ.

Commercial experience working with agile methodologies.

Experience of implementing architecture, DevOps, performance or security and an understanding of best practice (eg. TDD, SOLID, XP)

Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and deployments.

Experience of writing effective documentation and knowledge sharing.

Other requirements:

Must be available to attend client sites in London Stratford 2 days per week.
