Maintenance Manager

The ideal candidate will be constantly assessing the systems in place to ensure that they are both safe and operating efficiently. This candidate will be comfortable managing a team and conducting analysis in order to highlight areas for improvement. This candidate should also be comfortable ensuring necessary utilities are working correctly and possess strong organizational skills in order to keep track of multiple projects at once.

JOB PURPOSE

Enhance systematic & Digitalization of Manufacturing data.

Robust the outdated procedure to improve working process.

Manage plant data systems in systematic methods.

Support enhancing EHS management by improving process and procedure.

Study & keep tracing latest compounding technology & trends

Lead site CI & 6S program, drive TCO and productivity improvementsuccess.

Make sure production processes and manufacturing equipment run safe and cost effectively by closely monitoring shop floor operation and optimizing operation condition.

Make sure quality of product is in acceptable level to meet expectation from market or customer.

Support enhancing EHS management by improving process and procedure.

Job Responsibilities

Lean Maintenance

Lead Maintenance team to perform plant engineering and maintenance duties and deliver or exceed functional goals set each year in alignment of company objectives regarding EHSS, quality, service, productivity, cost and sustainability,

Ensure all Engineering & Maintenance activities comply with EHSS regulations, company policies & standards.

Establish related systems, procedures, SOPs and make sure they are effectively implemented.

Timely render professional E&M services and innovative engineering solutions to support EHSS improvement, business growth, site operations.

CAPEX project

Develop, plan and manage site P&E projects of Chungju plant. Ensure project execution fully complying with local regulations and company policies & OMS, conducted safely, on time schedule, within budget, in high quality. Ensure all contractors working comply with regulations and policies, and ensure equipment purchased meet countries and company regulations

Sustainability

Lead site energy saving strategy and activities, drive for energy saving excellence & time to time continuous improvements for Chongqing site.

Develop and prepare E&M plans including strategy, solution, budget and implementation plan to support normal operation, process improvement and plant capability and capacity expansion.

Develop & implement PM plans, equipment overhaul plans to ensure reliability and sustainable high performance of equipment.

Responsible for E&M vendor management

Team management & Talent competency

Provide necessary training and coaching to the E&M team. Help team with competency and career development.

Responsible for building up a performing team, conducting regular TRP review and keeping team motivated.

Engage continuous improvement and keep lean organization.

Be role model of active discipline and pursue integrity constantly.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree majoring in Science and Engineering or electrical and mechanical engineering, master’s degree is preferred.

More than 10 years’ working experience in international companies, with more than 5 years management experience in maintenance activity.

Experienced in process improvement

Fluent English both in writing and speaking.

Strong leadership skills and a good team player

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability for risks identification in safety, environment, healthy, and security side.

Passion for the excellence of the job; Strong sense of responsibility, keep working under pressure.

Mature, open and confident personality; Good communication skill with different level people, and good team spirit.
