What’s the role?
As our People Partner for VIC, you’ll support around 40 restaurants and 1,000 Nandocas - many stepping into their first job or early in their careers.
This is where it gets special. You’re not on the sidelines, you’re in it:
Out in restaurants ~60% of the week, building real relationships where it matters most
Working from home or our Richmond office the other 40% - whatever works for you
Owning your diary, your rhythm, and how you create impact
You have the ability to partner with Regional leaders and identify operational and strategic ways to add value and use your incredible capability. All this backed by a wider P&C team to bring to life new initiatives and programs.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll:
Partner with one of the best Regional General Managers you could hope for - genuine collaboration, trust, and a whole lot of fun, energy and passion
Be a true partner at the table, shaping decisions and influencing outcomes
Spot potential early and help turn it into real capability and career growth
Coach leaders to build strong, engaged, high-performing teams
Drive talent, development and succession planning across the region
Support recruitment and building future bench strength
Be the go-to for informal / early-stage ER, with formal matters supported by our ER Advisor
Facilitate workshops, lead conversations and bring learning to life (in person and virtually)
Bring energy, creativity and that signature Nando’s flavour into events, conferences, leadership sessions and moments that matter
Create environments where young people build confidence, find their voice, and grow into leaders

Who You Are:
You’ll bring:
HR generalist experience (multi-site or fast-paced environments a bonus)
A genuine passion for talent and developing people - especially early careers
A natural ability to spot potential and turn it into growth
Confidence to work autonomously and build strong relationships in the field
The ability to hold your own, influence and bring your voice to the table
Strong emotional intelligence - you listen, adapt, and lean into feedback
