We are seeking a Principal Environmental Scientist who is willing to relocate to sunny Queensland to join our Contaminated Land and Water team within our Brisbane office. Have the opportunity to work alongside more than 45 land and water professionals across the Onterris Australia offices.

Relocation assistance is available for the successful candidate.

This role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:

Acting as Project Director across highly complex projects

Attending and providing technical support for associates and seniors at client meetings

Developing and reviewing new quality management systems

Signing off on complex reports and deliverables

Training more junior staff in business development and client management processes

Tertiary qualification from a recognised institute in Environmental Science/ Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Management or related field

15+ years experience within contaminated land and water in an environmental consultancy

Some understanding of QLD and national environmental frameworks

Industry certification (CEnvP or CPSS) or keen interest to pursue this
