Due to internal promotion, we are currently hiring a Development Manager based out of our Brisbane office.
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, this role leads the development and delivery of land lease community projects, covering feasibility, approvals, design, construction, stakeholder management, sales support and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of land lease community projects, including greenfield developments, integrated housing projects and upgrades to existing communities
Manage project feasibilities, business cases, budgets, forecasts, approvals and reporting to support informed decision-making and project success
Oversee planning, approvals, tendering and procurement activities while ensuring compliance with statutory and business requirements
Partner with Sales, Marketing, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders to deliver commercial and customer outcomes
Present project updates to senior stakeholders, build strong resident and industry relationships, and coach Assistant Development Managers
About You
Proven experience delivering property, land development, civil or built-form construction projects across the full development lifecycle
Strong commercial acumen with experience in feasibilities, budgeting, forecasting, contract administration and tender management
Demonstrated success managing development approvals, consultant teams and diverse stakeholder groups to achieve positive outcomes
A confident communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging with executives, boards, residents and industry partners
Tertiary qualified in Property, Construction, Planning, Engineering or a related discipline, with proficiency in Estate Master, MS Project and Microsoft Office
