Product Analyst

What role will you play?

As a Product Analyst, you will work closely with Product Managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to support the discovery, implementation, adoption, and optimisation of products. You will help translate technical capabilities into practical business outcomes, maintain key product artefacts, analyse product performance, and contribute to product strategy and roadmap development. Working across a broad stakeholder group, you will support successful product delivery, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement.

What you offer

Experience working across both technology and business teams, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes and user-focused solutions

Experience supporting product discovery, backlog management, requirements gathering, user story development, and product delivery activities

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product performance data, user feedback, and adoption metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience within financial services and exposure to product implementation activities, with the ability to identify risks, issues, and dependencies and support successful delivery outcomes
