About The Role

The Product Manager - Digital Experience is responsible for shaping and commercialising Cartology’s digital product roadmap, turning strategic opportunities into scalable media solutions that drive client value and business growth. This includes bringing innovative products to market across areas such as Agentic Commerce, AI-driven shopping tools, Scan and Go Trolleys, Personalised Ads, Branded Content, and Shoppable Video.

In this position, you’ll be working across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, and Channel Marketing, the role leads end-to-end product commercialisation, from concept development and prioritisation through to go-to-market execution and sales enablement. You’ll be acting as the bridge between technical delivery teams and client-facing commercial teams, this role ensures Cartology’s digital media portfolio remains innovative, competitive, and ready for market.

What you’ll do

Join a team of product managers who lead the On-Platform digital product roadmap by aligning business priorities, market opportunities, and stakeholder requirements into a clear, actionable delivery plan.

Transform technical builds into scalable, sellable digital media propositions that generate measurable value for brands, customers, and Cartology.

Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Delivery teams to define requirements, prioritise initiatives, and ensure solutions are both commercially viable and operationally executable.

Define and execute launch strategies by working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful market adoption.

Utilise data, customer insights, and retail media landscape knowledge to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new revenue-enabling product opportunities.

Build strong relationships, articulate product strategy to diverse stakeholders, and create high-quality collateral to equip commercial teams for effective market engagement.

What you’ll bring

Solid experience in owned platform digital advertising and data, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital media products.

Expert-level understanding of product and project management lifecycles, combined with extensive experience executing effective go-to-market workflows for new digital solutions.

Strong grasp of technical processes, enabling detailed discussions, paired with exceptional strategic thinking to translate complex business intent into actionable, high-impact strategies.

Proven commercial experience and a results-oriented mindset, consistently delivering measurable outcomes and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to successfully cultivate and manage relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholder groups to drive alignment and project success.

Adaptable to both entrepreneurial and corporate cultures, backed by superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to navigate complex organizational challenges effectively.
