Role Overview

We are looking for a Braze Tech Lead to drive the end-to-end implementation and scaling of a Customer Engagement Platform (CEP). This role will be responsible for solution architecture, integrations, and technical governance.

Key Responsibilities

Define end-to-end solution architecture across platform, data, and integration layers

Lead API and data integration strategy

Establish platform governance and best practices

Guide campaign and personalisation enablement

Ability to handle configuration & customizations as necessary

Lead migration from legacy platforms

Mentor engineering teams

Key Skills

Strong experience with Braze or similar platforms

Hands-on implementation experience in Braze project(s), Braze Certified

API and integration expertise

Cloud platform familiarity

Marketing automation understanding
