Night Auditor

This is a full-time, year-round position beginning July 2026. The starting wage for this role is $19.00/hour.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

As a Night Auditor you will work four night shifts per week, with additional desk support as required

Manage front desk operations including handling phone inquiries, coordinating group arrivals and departures, completing guest check-ins and room assignments, and processing check-outs with accurate billing and payment collection

Take, cancel, and change room reservations

Address guest concerns promptly; escalate issues to the Front Desk Supervisor or Hotel Manager when needed

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

Provide information on hotel facilities and services, and local points of interest

Arrange services required for guests with special needs

Provide information regarding room status and special guests to other departments

Learn the Emergency Response Manual thoroughly

Learn the Night Audit procedures

Perform related Front Desk duties as directed by Supervisor

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bring the energy, professionalism, and personality of an exceptional Front Desk Agent

Previous experience in a Front Desk or Night Audit role is an asset

Comfortable with basic computer systems and cash handling; accounting knowledge is a plus (training provided)

Able to take direction, stay organized, and work independently when needed

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

Flexible and reliable, with availability to work evenings and overnight shifts

A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive work environment
