Let’s Dive Right In

Strong knowledge of electrical engineering and power systems.

Familiarity with EU grid codes or TSO standards; experience with grid-connection commissioning.

Experience with ESS grid modeling.

Provide remote and on-site technical support to resolve product issues for our clients.

Offer technical training and mentorship to field technical service engineers.

Summarize and draft technical disclosures, operation instructions, and experience-sharing materials.

Coordinate with R&D, PQA, and SQE to resolve major product failures and top issues.

Collect and analyze client product service cases to refine product serviceability requirements and compile analysis reports.

Conduct GFM field testing and reviews, liaising with HQ R&D, model simulation groups, and third-party EMS.

Utilize SQL and Python for large-scale data analysis to support product troubleshooting and optimization.

Demonstrated strong work ethic and perseverance in technical roles.

Experience in software development, including development and model simulation.

Background in knowledge base development or AI development.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with strong execution capabilities.

Willingness and ability to travel to support the commissioning and deployment of industrial energy storage systems.

Solid engineering fundamentals and problem-solving intuition, with a focus on firmware and software-enabled systems.

Proven ability to lead and collaborate across teams, fostering cross-functional partnerships.
