We're looking for a Technology Business Analyst to help shape the future of technology operations by identifying improvement opportunities, implementing automation, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Mexico who enjoy collaborating across business and technology teams while making a tangible impact.
What You'll Do
Identify opportunities to improve technology services and operational processes through automation, AI, and digital solutions.
Analyze and optimize business processes, creating scalable and efficient workflows.
Design and implement lightweight automation solutions using modern productivity tools.
Develop process documentation, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and governance materials.
Create executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and communication materials.
Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
Support Digital Workplace, Technology Operations, and Operational Excellence programs.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in Technology Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, Technology Operations, or Operational Excellence.
Experience implementing automation or AI-enabled solutions.
Strong knowledge of business process mapping and documentation.
Experience working with business and executive stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent English and Spanish.
Nice to Have
Microsoft Copilot or other Generative AI tools.
Power Automate, Power Platform, or Power BI.
ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Experience supporting Digital Workplace or End User Services.
