Do Work That Matters - Il tuo ruolo e le tue responsabilità

In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platform sarai coinvolta/o in progetti di HR Digital Transformation per enti e organizzazioni del settore pubblico, supportando il team nella progettazione e implementazione di soluzioni digitali per la gestione dei processi HR attraverso piattaforme specializzate come SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM e Oracle HCM.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

Analizzare i processi HR dei clienti (ad esempio gestione del personale, organizzazione aziendale, performance e formazione) attraverso incontri e sessioni di approfondimento con gli utenti coinvolti

Comprendere le esigenze del cliente e contribuire all'individuazione della soluzione più adatta, configurando le funzionalità delle piattaforme HR in base ai processi aziendali, senza attività di programmazione software

Supportare la raccolta e la documentazione dei requisiti funzionali e la definizione dei processi futuri

Partecipare alle attività di test delle soluzioni implementate e alle sessioni di validazione con gli utenti finali

Supportare le attività di formazione e affiancamento agli utenti nell'utilizzo delle nuove soluzioni digitali

Do Work That Matters - Your Role and Responsibilities

Do you want to do work that is truly meaningful and impactful? At KPMG, you will have the opportunity to help clients, society, and your colleagues tackle and solve some of the most current and complex challenges. KPMG Advisory provides consulting services to organizations, supporting them in transforming business models, improving and digitalizing processes, managing risks, and navigating extraordinary finance transactions.

In particular, by joining the Enterprise Platform Team, you will be involved in HR Digital Transformation projects for public sector organizations and institutions, supporting the design and implementation of digital solutions for HR process management through specialized platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and Oracle HCM.

Specifically, you will:

Analyze clients' HR processes (such as workforce administration, organizational management, performance management, and learning) through workshops and meetings with key stakeholders and end users

Understand clients' needs and contribute to identifying the most suitable solution by configuring HR platform functionalities according to business requirements, without software development or programming activities

Support the collection and documentation of functional requirements and the definition of future HR processes

Participate in testing activities and validation sessions with end users

Support training activities and assist users in adopting and using new digital solutions
