In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platform, all'interno della solution Microsoft sarai coinvolta/o in progetti di Digital Transformation per clienti enterprise, occupandoti della progettazione e dell'implementazione di soluzioni digitali per la gestione integrata dei processi finance, con un focus sulla piattaforma Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

Supportare l'analisi e la mappatura dei processi finance del cliente, contribuendo alla definizione dei requisiti funzionali e alla loro traduzione in soluzioni configurabili sulla piattaforma.

Partecipare alle attività di configurazione e personalizzazione di Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O sulle aree finance, affiancando consulenti senior nelle scelte di design della soluzione.

Contribuire alla predisposizione della documentazione di progetto, tra cui blueprint funzionali, gap analysis e specifiche di configurazione.

Affiancare il team nelle attività di testing funzionale, UAT e risoluzione delle anomalie, collaborando con gli utenti chiave del cliente.

Supportare le attività di formazione agli utenti finali e partecipare alle fasi di go-live e hypercare.

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

Sei un neolaureato o laureanda/laureando in Economia, Finanza, Amministrazione Aziendale o discipline affini.

Hai una buona comprensione dei processi contabili e amministrativi di base (contabilità generale, ciclo attivo e passivo, reporting finanziario).

Hai curiosità per la digitalizzazione dei processi aziendali e per i sistemi ERP

Sei precisa/preciso, metodica/metodico e hai un approccio analitico alla risoluzione dei problemi.

Hai buone capacità comunicative e una conoscenza dell'inglese adeguata a lavorare in contesti internazionali.

KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to businesses, supporting them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitalisation, risk analysis and management, as well as extraordinary finance operations.

In particular, by joining the Enterprise Platform Team, within the Microsoft solution you will be involved in Digital Transformation projects for enterprise clients, working on the design and implementation of digital solutions for the integrated management of finance processes, with a focus on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O platform.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Supporting the analysis and mapping of the client's finance processes, contributing to the definition of functional requirements and their translation into configurable solutions on the platform.

Participating in the configuration and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in the finance area, working alongside senior consultants in solution design decisions.

Contributing to the preparation of project documentation, including functional blueprints, gap analysis and configuration specifications.

Supporting the team in functional testing, UAT and anomaly resolution activities, collaborating with the client's key users.

Supporting end-user training activities and participating in go-live and hypercare phases.

Collaborating with technical colleagues and business stakeholders across project phases, developing an integrated understanding of business processes.

Come As You Are – Your Skills and Characteristics

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

You hold or are completing a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines.

You have a solid understanding of basic accounting and administrative processes (general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting), even if gained through academic coursework.

You are curious about the digitalisation of business processes and ERP systems: no prior experience with Dynamics 365 F&O is required, as you will learn on the job with the support of the team.

You are precise, methodical and have an analytical approach to problem-solving.

You have strong communication skills and a working knowledge of English suitable for international work environments.

You are available to travel during key project phases.
